Principles of visiting – individual tourists
An individual tourist is a person purchasing an entrance ticket without the guide service and waiting for the collection of a 35-person group (no longer than 1 hour from the moment of ticket purchase). The group is assigned with a tour guide speaking Polish.
Groups for the underground exhibition of the Museum are organised by the dispatcher in the Vistula (Wisła) Chamber (place of break after visiting the Tourist Route), who then assigns a guide. The same ticket used for visiting the Tourist Route is valid for the underground exhibition of the Museum.
Individual tourists do not need to book.
For individual tourists (foreigners), there are tours with foreign language guides:
English language:
June: 9.00 a.m., 10.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 12.30 a.m., 1.45 p.m., 3.00 p.m., 4.00 p.m., 5.00 p.m.;
July, August: from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. every half hour;
September: 9.00 a.m., 10.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 12.30 a.m., 1.45 p.m., 3.00 p.m., 4.00 p.m., 5.00 p.m.
From October to May: 10.00 a.m., 11.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 12.30 a.m., 1.45 p.m., 3.00 p.m., 5.00 p.m.
German language:
July, August, September: 10.45 a.m., 2.15 p.m., 4.00 p.m.
From October to June: 10.45 a.m., 4.00 p.m.
