Principles of visiting – organised groups

Group tourists are individuals purchasing an entrance ticket with guide service.

After purchasing guide service, a Polish or a foreign language guide is assigned to the group; the guide remains at the group’s disposal. A group cannot be greater than 35 people. In case there are more people, it is necessary to purchase additional guide services and divide the group into two smaller groups.

After completing the Tourist Rote and after a short break, the dispatcher directs the groups to the underground exhibition of the Museum.

The guide service is offered in the following languages: Polish and English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, Russian, Serb/ Croatian, Italian, Ukrainian and even in sign language.

Booking for groups is necessary.

Groups without a booking will be accepted if there are free places.
