Group tourists are individuals purchasing an entrance ticket with guide service.

After purchasing guide service, a Polish or a foreign language guide is assigned to the group; the guide remains at the group’s disposal. A group cannot be greater than 35 people. In case there are more people, it is necessary to purchase additional guide services and divide the group into two smaller groups.

After completing the Tourist Route and a short break, the dispatcher directs the groups to the underground exhibition of the Museum. The same ticket used for the Tourist Route is valid for the Museum.

Ticket for a group tourist:

·  normal: PLN 43.00

·  reduced: PLN 29.00

Guide service:

·  Polish language: PLN 162.00

·  Foreign language: PLN 243.00

Reduced tickets are available for children between 4 and 15 years of age (up to 4 years of age, entrance is free of charge), school children and students up to 25 years of age after presenting a valid school or student identity document, as well as retired individuals after presenting a valid certificate.

Entrance is free of charge for children up to four years of age, two caretakers of a kindergarten or primary school group and a middle school group (other caretakers have to purchase a normal ticket), one pilot or one group caretaker.
